Our Two Cents

The Storm Chaser glove is a lightweight and light duty glove aimed at adventure riders. I can see this glove being favored by ATV riders too. This is a simple waterproof style with a waterproof liner and a thin layer of insulation. This glove is available in both men’s and women’s sizes, so take the link below for the other gender.

There aren’t any significant protection features with this glove, so I couldn’t recommend it for street use, but for other uses (and uses not even associated with powersports), they’ll be great. The palms are made of a man-made suede which is soft but durable, and the backs of the hands are covered in fabric. There is a bit of a design stamped into the back of the hand, but don’t mistake that for armor of any kind. The cuff is a nice neoprene material and there is a Velcro tab to secure the glove to your hand.

For wet weather and cool to mild weather, I think the level of insulation will be perfect. This glove strikes a balance between winter and summer when winter gloves are just too thick and bulky. :: Paul, 06-02-21
