The Hawk motorcycle gloves are a perfect blend between style and function. These short-cuffed, leather summer hand protectors incorporate a variety of handy features. Made from supple yet durable goat skin, the Hawk includes hard knuckle protectors and armor on the fingers and palm. Stretch areas ensure freedom of movement and an excellent feel through the handlebars, making them a must-have for those warm summer rides.

This polyester tricot fabric is used for glove lining, and brushed to provide extra warmth without adding any bulk. The lining wicks moisture away, to prevent hands from getting damp.

We’ve found that REV’IT! gloves run a bit on the snug side as compared to most US based brands… much like Alpinestars. In most models, the amount by which they run small is not that great, but the Fly seems to run smaller than most, and therefore, we are recommending that you buy one size larger than usual (if you typically can fit into one size). If you are sometimes between sizes, then choosing the larger of the two should work. Hopefully, you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based on the fit of a previous pair. Our Two Cents

The Hawk gloves are another urban or cruiser style classic look leather glove from REV’IT!.

The Hawk gloves harken back to an older time with their supple goatskin leather and subdued styling. REV’IT! has brought this style to modern times with the inclusion of a hard shell knuckle and Temperfoam® padding on the palms and fingers. The palm is reinforced with REV’IT!’s PWR Shield in key wear areas. PWR Shield is created with a unique knit technique which results in a fabric with unsurpassed cut, tear, and abrasion resistance levels. There are ventilation holes on the sides of the fingers for a little airflow. The index fingers and thumbs have touchscreen capable material that seems to function well on Apple and Android devices here at the shop.

The Hawk gloves have all the comfort we’ve come to expect from REV’IT! gloves. They go on easy thanks to the wide hook and loop secured cuff opening which has elastic expansions on the palm side. Once they are one, there are accordion panels on the wrist and fingers so movement feels free.

These gloves are a great option for someone looking for a classic looking glove with modern comfort and protection. They should perform well in warm to cool temperatures. :: Mike, 02-23-2022
