The material used in this product is a VERY stretchy, lightweight cotton-like substance. When I pulled my size out of the package, my first reaction was “no way” since it was so small, but sure enough, it easily stretches to fit. Choose the size you would normally buy in men’s clothing. If you are between sizes, buy the larger.
