Use this table to determine what cheek pad size you currently have:

You can buy the same thickness of the cheek pad if you like the fit of your helmet and just need a replacement set. Or you can buy a different thickness cheek pad to adjust the fit as all the cheek pads are interchangeable.
Changing cheek pads to change the helmet fit: To get MORE room in your helmet, you need to buy a THINNER cheek pad. To get a TIGHTER fit, you need to buy a THICKER cheek pad. Example: If you have a size Medium i50 helmet, you have cheek pads that are 35mm thick. If the helmet is a little tight around your cheeks, a 25mm pad would give you a looser fit. The size XL comes with 35mm cheek pads and to get a tighter fit you can get the 40mm pads, and for a looser fit, go with the 25mm cheek pads.
