If you plan to wear the vest over a t-shirt or other thin layer then we recommend you choose the size you normally wear in men’s clothing. If you are planning to wear the vest over riding apparel we recommend you choose a size above what you normally wear in men’s clothing.
If you want to make a size selection with your chest and belly measurements, use the chart below which lists max chest and max belly sizes for each vest size. After you measure, you can choose a jacket size using the chart that will accommodate both your chest and belly. The size range shown is the estimated minimum and maximum with the adjustment straps fully tightened and fully loosened respectively. Remember to size the vest over any other gear you plan to wear!
