Our Two Cents

Cortech Aero-Tec is a light duty riding glove that is comfortable and very “airy” for summer use. The protective features are minimal. These gloves are sold in men’s sizes too (take the link below).

The palm material in these gloves is a soft man-made suede material called Clarino. MANY gloves are made with this material because it wears well and is very comfortable. The Clarino palm along with the mesh fabric on the back of the hand makes for a very comfortable and breezy glove. These should work well for you in mild to hot weather.

The rubber bits on the back of the hand look neat because they sort of emulate the bones of the hand and fingers. But don’t get too excited about those being protective because they are just soft rubber adhered to the fabric and won’t do a lot in terms of crash protection. But many riders look for comfort and convenience when choosing their gloves and heavily armored gloves just don’t appeal.
