Cortech Aero-Flo Gloves are a very comfortable and inexpensive street glove for warmer weather riding. These gloves come in men’s sizes too (take the link below).
I just finished reviewing the very similar Aero-Tec glove by Cortech. This glove is much the same but with a bit more protection. For the extra four bucks or so they cost, I’d sure take these just to have at least passable protection in case I fell.
Like the Aero-Tec, the palm material in these gloves is a soft man-made suede material called Clarino. MANY gloves are made with this material because it wears well and is very comfortable. The Clarino palm along with the mesh fabric on the back of the hand makes for a very comfortable and breezy glove. These should work well for you in mild to hot weather.
The “armor” on the knuckles and backs of the fingers is really just a layer of soft rubber, but it covers the knuckles for the most part and is thick enough to feel like it would help protect. The palm area and heel of the hand have an additional layer of leather over the Clarino (but no armor).
Like I mentioned about the Aero-Tec, these aren’t well-armored gloves, but they have more than nothing and are quite inexpensive. And they’ll be very soft and comfortable on your hands. :: Paul, 05-22-20
