These Cool Hand II gloves are VERY comfortable. The back of the hand is a combination of mesh material and neoprene (over the knuckles). Both are sort of stretchy which gives a very flexible but snug fit. The palms are leather with an overlay of a suede-like man-made material which improves the grip and the wear characteristics. The gloves have a Velcro closure at the wrist. A lightweight summer glove like this isn't going to provide much in the way of crash protection, but a lot of riders prefer a very "breezy" and light style like this for summer.
