The Noru Dokyo gloves are a new mesh style for Fall 2021.
These gloves are a combination of mesh and perforated leather on the
back of the hand, so they should flow plenty of air and be comfortable
in warm to hot weather. The knuckle is molded carbon fiber and has some
rubber overlays. The palms are synthetic suede with reinforcements and
some extra padding. Accordion panels and stretch fabric add to the
comfort factor. I did find the fingers a little tight at first, but they
quickly became comfortable and over time I’m sure they would be even
more so. The index and middle fingers have a material overlay, silicon?,
to improve grip in wet/muddy conditions. There are also touchscreen
materials in the index and thumb and they seem to work well on iPhone
and Android devices that we tested.
I’d say these are great gloves for someone looking for a
lightweight, airy glove that still has some protection in the knuckle.
