The Mosca Urban “no nonsense” motorcycle gloves cover all the basics and they come wrapped in a stylish design. You’ll find smartly incorporated laminated reflection, extra protection at the palm, fingers, knuckles, and more. We also added stretch at critical parts to ensure freedom of movement during your ride. Furthermore, a host of color options lets you mix and match the Mosca Urban with your preferred riding gear.

We find that gloves from REV’IT! are generally very consistent in fit from one model to the next, and we find they run a bit on the snug side as compared to most US based brands. The fit is very similar to Alpinestars which also fit more snugly than other brands of gloves. The tendency to run small is not so noticeable that we’d advise you to buy one size larger, but if you are sometimes in between sizes, your best shot would be to choose larger. Hopefully, you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.

Our Two Cents

The Mosca Urban glove is the latest iteration of one of REV’IT!’s most popular style families. The key differences are updated subdued colorways and styling and new touchscreen capable pads on the index and thumbs which work GREAT on iPhone and Android devices here at the shop. The Mosca Urban are functionally identical to the Mosca gloves otherwise so I’ll put our review of that glove below. I’m going to agree with Paul on these gloves, they sure do feel nice! :: Mike, 2-22-2022

Mosca gloves by REVIT are a light weight short cuff glove for any type of riding. They are very comfortable and sporty looking.

REVIT characterizes the Mosca as their “entry level” street summer glove. I’d agree with that overall assessment, but I see some basic protection here you might not find elsewhere at that price point. The gloves have a large molded knuckle protector and a basic pad built into the palm. And the gloves secure to the wrist with a Velcro strap.

The back side of the hand is a flow through material so consider these gloves for hot weather use. So what’s different here for less money than the REVIT Arch or Pandora? Well, the stretch material on the back of the hand isn’t quite as tough feeling as the other two, and also, the leather used in the palms is thinner. But WOW is that palm material comfortable in this glove! I wouldn’t expect long wear, but if you like good feeling leather and you want super “touch” at the controls, then try this one.
