I haven't even received my Shoei helmet yet, but I am EXCITED about the service of this site. After ordering, I noticed that I'd messed up and ordered the wrong color helmet. Within seconds...SECONDS! of requesting a chat, there was someone there waiting to help. We fixed my mistake quickly and easily. You guys are awesome!
