I really don't bother shopping anywhere else now. I ordered these great pants about the time I started on my new diet. The diet was working great and now the pants were too big. I waited till I was close to the deadline to return them to see if I needed to exchange. When I called, they not only were great about the return but they offered me options to see what would work out best for me. I really enjoy the emails letting me know of the great specials and I love the customer service. Thank you!!! By the way, the pants fit great and feel great. The gloves are too warm for most days but I have already had one chance to verify that they are great!
