We ordered the medium which is supposed to be for dress sizes 8-10. My wife's a small six, but she's tall, so I figured the extra sleeve length would be good, and she could always wear extra clothing underneath if needed. It turns out that the jacket was a perfect fit but the sleeves were a bit short. So if you're ordering this, get at least a size bigger than you think you need, if not two. I think she could actually get away with a large and have room for a fleece underneath.
