I originally ordered a nice Revit leather jacket that was only shipped in a large mailing bag (no padding). It had arrived with scuffing on the white leather, likely from shipping. I made this apparent to the help desk, and they sent me a return label. I ordered another jacket and emailed them and asked if they would send it in a box, which this time they did, and it arrived undamaged. I can understand wanting to save money as they ship a lot of packages, but why they wouldnt ship an expensive leather jacket in a box in the first place is beyond me. Regardless they made it right, and I've already ordered more from them, and will continue to do so as they have good prices on a lot of items. They even sent me some stickers. I freakin love stickers!
