I purchased Dainese gloves last October and they were great. However the stitching ripped last week. So, I contacted Motorcyclegear.com and Aaron was very quick to respond and filed a warranty claim. Within a week I got credit back to my account and replacement gloves. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely come back when I need new gear.
