Coming to motorcyclegear.com as a new referral and a brand new rider was an exciting thrill of course! Having such an amazing team of individuals behind my motorcycle gear online order was a sweet experience! About the helmet: Since I lack the experience and ability to compare to other helmets, I ask that you consider this when reading my opinion regarding this helmet; I could have not expected anymore out of this Scorpion Helmet! The color combination has a sharp HI-VIZ tint to it that makes it just that much safer in traffic. The retractable sun visor (hard to find in other helmets within this price range) is what made this a great deal to me! I can't imagine having to put on and take off sun glasses... With the inflatable cheek pads I know I will have added comfort and adjustment as the padding wears out inside the helmet. The noise within the helmet is just about the only thing that I'd reconsider before buying this helmet again, but I realize I have loud exhausts on my bike... Air flowing through it? yes sir! I love the shield vent position, which opens up a tiny gap below the shield seal, that allows a refreshing flow of air right into your face without having the actual heavy air push from your ride... The fitment I'd say is just right, before buying this I went to a store and tried on a few helmets and found most of them fit me well on a Medium size, so that's what I got in this Scorpion EXO-500 version, and it fits just right: nice and snugly!
