These pants fit great. I am size 36/32, 6' and 205 lbs and I bought XXXL. I used the adjustments around the hips to adjust to my waist and was able to get a great fit over my jeans. It is likely that the next size down would have fit but I cannot guaranty it. As they are, I can easily slip them over my jeans without opening the side zippers (after removing my boots). One negative observation is that they seem to be more slippery than my jeans, so it may be a little harder to hold to the tank by squeezing my knees and I seem to slip more easily on the seat. They are well vented (I could easily feel the air through the overpants AND my jeans) so I am looking forward to being able to use them in the summer. They match my mesh jacket well.
