I purchased these boots at a great discount. I received them super fast as usual. They were as advertised by Motorcyclegear.com. The blemish that they referred to was barely noticeable. Immediately I noticed that the right boot was much tighter across the widest part of my foot while my left foot fit very comfortably. I do not have any measureable size different between my feet. After about 3 months, it either stretched enough or I got accustomed to the tighter fit. Recently, I noticed that the lining of the right boot began to separate. I traced the problem with the material not being too slippery in material that even when putting on the right boot carefully, the inner lining would catch my foot (wearing thin socks) and this eventually caused the stitching to come apart. I called Motorcyclegear.com and spoke to Aaron. I explained my recent problem with the boot and he assured me he would contact Cortech for possible warranty work. Aaron called me back after hearing back from Cortech and to my surprise, he told me that Cortech decided that it would be more economical for them to issue me a refund than to have me return the boots to them for a repair. They did not want the boots back either. I immediately received a equivalent gift card credit from Motorcyclegear.com Hats off to Aaron and Motorcyclegear.com as well as to Cortech for their warranty policy. This was the first time since being a regular customer nearly 8 years ago. I have always read about Motorcyclegear.com's legendary customer service. Now I know first hand.
