I bought these boots to use for track days, trying to avoid the expense of the alpinestars and sidi. My sidi's were worn out. A mistake for me. The boots are far too thick at the shift toe to easily engage the shift linkage. They are also very hot. It was a low 80s day recently at Roebling Road in Savannah and my lower legs/feet were burning up. So trouble shifting and really a winter/fall boot. I'm sure they will be Ok riding my electraglide but sportbike or roadracer-not for me. Now I still have to spring for a proper roadrace boot
