I fully intended to buy a new helmet last year, my Nolan N-40 has seen better days and was looking pretty rough. I was comfy with the fit of the Nolans, but really didn't want to spend the money for another. Well, I decided to check out the helmets at Motorcyclegear.com, and as I hoped I found something which filled the bill perfectly. I purchased a Speed and Strength SS650 Solid silver Helmet. Well, I thought I liked the way the Nolans fit, this new helmet is like the proverbial glove. Wow!! I could go on about the fit, but then there's the Field of View, which is much better than other helmets I've owned. The face shield is indeed optically correct, and the drop down visor, is just way too cool. (I had a very expensive helmet with this feature, but this one works even better) And the ventilation system works! Add to this, the quick lock and release neckstrap, and you have one impressive helmet, for one impressive price. Of course I can't write a testimonial without thanking everyone at Motorcyclegear.com.
