These gloves provide excellent protection for a wide variety of activities! They're comfortable and substantial to the point that I'm half tempted to fall just to test them out. While they're clearly durable, they aren't so thick that they interfere with riding controls, although I'm still adjusting after having been riding with flimsy fingerless gloves. With the leather construction these gloves should break in nicely so that in a couple hundred miles I barely notice them.
