These boots saved my foot. They seemed solid just from appearance and fit when they arrived, but I was not sure how they would hold up in a fall as they are not as stiff as some boots I have worn. Well, while wearing these boots I had my first low-side, and the weight of my bike went right on my left boot, which is shown in the picture. The boot is barley scuffed, and just a tiny bit of the rubber was worn down by the street surface, and my foot only had a tiny bruise from the throttle peg. I'm very satisfied and will keep wearing these boots as they are barley nicked. I'm impressed, glad I was wearing these and not street shoes, and hope I never have to test them again. Ride safely!
