Just received my new Tour Master Transition 3 jacket in high vis. First a note about motorcyclegear.com, I screwed up my order and received the jacket in black. I dealt with Chris in customer service. He was very professional and handled my return quickly, offering me several return options. It was painless other than having to wait for the new jacket after my mistake. The jacket is well built (for the money) and fits just fine. I ordered the XLT as I am 6' with a 46" chest. The tall size works well for my orangutan arms. The one zipper liner is really nice and the straps for securing it to the jacket are color coded. Took the bike for a 40 mile ride to check it out. It was 84F with humidity in the 70% range. As long as I was moving I was not overly hot. Even stopping for a few minutes was not a problem. With all the vents open there is no airflow which reaches your body, but the air moving through the outer jacket cools the inner layer and keeps it comfortable.
