I really liked these pants, but after trying them on I decided they were a bit too tight for me to use as overpants. I wear size 6 jeans and shorts, and thought the size 6 would be fine. I ended up returning these in favor of another pair of overpants, rather than ordering one size up. As usual, customer service was fantastic, they issued my gift certificate refund and covered return shipping.
