I bought this jacket on close-out because the styling caught my eye (not to mention the price!) Upon receiving the jacket I was impressed with the quality of construction and beauty of the fine details of the jacket. Although it is a no-frills jacket with no thermal liner or adjustable venting, the full frontal perforations in the leather give it great cooling capacity for warm weather. The armor in the jacket also adds to the sense of security of being wrapped in leather. I measure 41" chest/37" belly and I bought a size 42 and it fits just as it should with a little room for street clothing underneath. In fact my only slight gripe for the jacket is a slight bunching-up discomfort when I bend my elbow joint really tight, but this will assuredly improve as the jacket breaks-in and the leather limbers up.
