I don't write online testimonials ... but, the level of professionalism that the MG team has demonstrated demands it. I'm an *absolute* noob, so I did quite a bit of homework when it came to choosing gear (I think my wife and daughter would like me to return in one piece). As such, I've had to make ... "a few" returns in order to square away the sizing of various items. The online return/exchange instructions are clear and concise. The process of returns, refunds and the receiving of the new gear has been so quick that my wife and I are consistently jaw-dropped. Although the online instructions are easy enough even for ME to understand, I did have to call once for clarification. Ms. Fran was courteous, patient and knowledgeable of the policies & procedures of the business. In the end, the return (and, the receipt of the re-sized gear) occurred without a hitch. The cherry on top is in knowing that this is a homegrown, Texas company that's "right down the street." Thank you for your consistent excellence, your attention to detail, your business saavy and your kindness. The one bad part ... I can only give a 5-star review instead of 10 stars. Keep up the outstanding work. Those of us who would rather not be a smudge on the asphalt appreciate you. Have a good 'un.
