This is a nice jacket. I am 6'3, 230 lbs, and wear size XL for shirts/ jackets, etc. I bought an XL and it fits great. The jacket moves quite a bit of air without the liner. It is comfortable and not restrictive. Pockets are adequate. Zippers are big and easy to use with gloves on. The way the liner unzips is a bit odd, but so far I have done only warm weather riding and haven't really done anything with the liner except remove it.
