This is the newest version of Arai's "intermediate oval" helmet & it's a great deal! The shape is the same as the Vector 2 or DTX except it's way easier to take off or put on because the size at the base is bigger - the eyeport is also bigger which gives you better vision with the helmet on. It also provides a bit more room in the front of the helmet. The new helmets also have a new shield retention system that is a lot easier to use compared to the older Arai Vector helmets. Great deal - Glad I got one.
