Hi there, I purchased the FirstGear TPG Expedition Suit in XXL, which was too big for my 6'2" 240# body. I returned it (no questions asked) and reordered the XL. I was pleasantly surprised to save an additional $30. I used the suit last weekend on a trip from South FL to Jacksonville. Forty-five minutes into the ride, the skies open up and in a very few minutes, it was raining hard, and continued for the next 4 hours. It was about 86 degrees when I started out, so I had unzipped every opening the suit has. I was also surprised that the suit, even with the vents open, was BONE DRY! After an hour or so, I began to get cooler, so I started zipping the vents up. In North FL the temp had fallen to 70, but at excessive highway speeds (lol) the suit was just right with a t-shirt and pants. On my way home, I did the reverse, I kept opening vents, unzipped the chest. However, I think 90, 92 it would be done. I like the single piece suit, it makes me put on all the protection. So, now I'm looking for a complete mesh suit for the summer! BTW, the D30 armor is the bomb, DON'T RIDE WITHOUT IT. One other thing, this company is the best. Be confident when dealing with them, they are knowledgeable and love to help. Thanks Willis
