It is rare to find a company, whether it is a "brick and mortar" or on the internet, who services their customers any better than this one. I ordered this jacket in May of 2014 and it very quickly became my favourite. The "sizing dummy and fit information" was bang on. And today, I upgraded my armour with the Nucleon KR-1i Back Protector Insert and the Nucleon KR-Ci Chest Protector Inserts. Aaron was quick to react to a minor problem with the shipping instructions and with my questions as how these inserts would fit. I have bought numerous items from them and will continue to do so. Read their descriptions and you will probably get all the questions answered, but if not, just "chat" or call and everything will be taken care of. Thanks Guys!!!
