I recently purchased the Nelson Rigg CL-1040 Jumbo Tail Bag from Motorcyclegear.com. Shortly after submitting the order I realized I'd need the mounting kit to mount it with the Nelson Rigg saddlebags I purchased from Motorcyclegear.com a couple years ago. Since I had free shipping on the previous order, I decided it was worth a try to contact customer service and see what they could do. I contacted Nate via email and he told me that adding to the order would not be a problem and asked what I wanted to add. I gave him the model number I wanted, and he notified me in the return email that the model that went with the CL-1040 was a different (and cheaper) model than the one I specified. Then he instructed me that all he needed was me to call and give my payment information to finish the deal. He assured me that he would make sure that the straps made it in the box personally and a few days later it all arrived at my door just as promised. The bag, mounting straps and saddlebags all went on my 2007 ZX14 with no problems and looked about as sharp as luggage could possibly look on a super sport bike. I took it out for test drive and the bags stayed right where I wanted even at above normal highway speeds. I rarely do reviews for products I buy online, but I decided that given the amount of extra attention and service that I received from Nate, I should let my fellow riders know what a great company MotorcycleGear.com is to deal with.
