Photo is without liner on inside. It does fit real well as a Large. I'm 5' 10'', 43 chest, 190 lbs and the sleeves are long enough when riding. An XL would have been too big. However, I could not get my hands out the sleeve opening of the liner once I put them through it. One hand a had to force it through and that one wouldn't come off without taking jacket off and using my other hand to force it off. It doesn't seem defective, and it seems it's just made for small hands. Here in AZ, I will not be using the rain liner so it's not a reason to send back as without it, it fits real well and works in the heat. Good buy and the write ups on the fit seem accurate. I bought an Joe Rocket Fallout as an XL and it actually seems smaller than the SS moment of truth Large jacket. That Joe Rocket XL jacket's sleeve's are definitely shorter than that SS MOT large jacket.
