I want to thank you for your excellent customer service. My first jacket was a little short on me and the main zipper was defective. I sent a RMA request after-hours on a Friday evening. Within an hour the owner sent an email asking how he could help and that they would be getting with me on Monday. Was issued an RMA label and had the new jacket sent while I was returning the original. Great service all around and yes I will continue to shop with MotorcycleGear.com BTW the jacket looks, feels and fits great, and when people hear what I paid for it they are stunned.
