This jacket is perfect for the conditions here in Seattle. On the top is the textile and the bottom is the outer layer. Because of the occasional super hot days in Seattle I am able to have a mesh jacket that will keep me cool while having a warm jacket for those colder days as well. The mesh really flows air and comfortable. The sizing I think is true to size with everything intact: the lining, and outer shell, but with the lining out and the shell off (full mesh) it does feel one size larger. Overall I am very happy with the price and the purchase, perfect for my riding needs.
