I have been a loyal customer to NewEnough (now MotorcycleGear.com) for nearly ten years now. I was recently reminded why. I purchased an HJC IS-MAX helmet. Fantastic helmet from fit to finish. Amazing features for a helmet in this price range. I purchase a new helmet every few years and HJC has always worked well for me. So half asleep, I ordered a LARGE IS-MAX. This was a mistake on my part as my Pin-head fits perfectly into a small. How can a guy with such a small head expect to be able to order the proper helmet? Not to worry. When the helmet arrived, I immediately realized the error I had made. Motorcycle Gear accepted the return of the large helmet in exchange for the small, and even paid the return shipping for MY mistake!!!! You just don't find customer service like this anymore. Ride safe.
