Graphics on the helmet are awesome, tons of detail and the matte/rubatone finish is really scratch and scuff resistant. At the closeout price this is a great value on a great lid. The chin curtain cuts a lot of wind noise, it flows air pretty well at speed, and the little "spoiler" on the back does seem to have a slight effect....it doesn't want to lift as much as my old Alliance SSR wanted to at speed. However I wore a L with the Icon Alliance SSR, so I got a L in this, and the fit is a bit different. Top of the head is OK, but the cheekpads on this model are considerably thicker than the SSR. It fits and would probably be fine if I didn't wear glasses, but it's too tight to even slip the ear-bars into it, whereas there was enough give on the SSR to fit them fine. Think I'll probably swap the cheekpads for XL pads to give a bit more room. Otherwise, a sick lid for a great price.
