These are my everyday gloves. I find them to be about the perfect thickness. They are cool enough to wear in the heat of summer and warm enough (with grip heaters and handguards) to wear down to 45° or so. I have thicker gloves for colder mornings, but the Fieldsheers are my goto gloves. The tail bag fits perfectly on the passenger seat of my SV650. I fit my lunch, water bottle and gloves when commuting and camera, fleece, shoes, etc. when just tooling around. It can scuff the paint if you're not careful, but there's a big neoprene pad the goes under the whole bag to prevent sliding/scuffing. Motorcyclegear.com was great to work with.
