The pictures online does not do this jacket justice. It looks much better in person. I wear a womens 18 and ordered the XL. The sleeves are a little long on me but overall the fit is very good. I already have the gloves in black and ordered the blue to match the jacket (great match). I returned another jacket and got this one. The customer service reps were very courteous. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience and providing the customer service that is very had to find these days. Great job!
