I like this jacket, the vents can be a pain in the ass to open and close but it flows almost as well as my all mesh textile jacket. The vents are in the right places in my mind, it keeps me from stinking up the jacket with sweat. The only downsides are that it's a tad short for me, but i'm 6'6, and after 2 years the tabs that take up the extra slack in the elbows are disintegrating but I do wear this jacket every day of the year.
