I am 6'2", weigh 185lbs and have a 43" chest. The Medium Tall fits perfectly with and without the liners in place. (The Large Tall was just a tad bulky.) I also have a Gerbings heated jacket that I wear in place of the supplied thermal liner on cold days and it works/fits great! The jacket is very comfortable and I really like the high visibility color. Those who have already purchased from N.E. already know how good the custmer service is. If you are undecided about N.E., I would strongly encourage you to give them a try. I have purchased several items already and have been extremely satisfied with them all. This is my M/C supply source!
