I bought this jacket specifically for cold weather, in addition to the glove liners. The jacket is comfortable and warm; it's quite thick with a wrist-length liner. The thermal glove liners are an upgrade over my usual silk ones, although I'll still probably have to go with electrically-heated gloves for real cold-weather riding. The balaclava is supposed to be one-size fits all, but I found it to be too small and oddly proportioned (the eye opening is too far up.)
