I didn't need a new jacket (I already have an Alpinestar TZ-1), but at this price I could not resist. This is a very nice jacket. Like said it is tighter fitting (not restrictively so though) but that is actually good as it keeps the pads in place should you wreck. The best thing about this jacket though is the chest/rib padding. It actually starts in the middle of my pecs and goes down around the ribs. It covers a good area and all jackets should have this. It is also upgradeable to bionic armor along with the back protector. The leather is a a darker black than my TZ-1 and a perfect match for the Alpinestars Track pants. They zip together as well. Sizing wise I am 5'7", 155 lbs with a lean athletic build and the 50 fits me perfectly. Thanks for the sizing guide and great price!
