I've been riding for over 20 years and never had all of this protection in my gear, but I needed a warm jacket for a long cold ride I have coming up to the Bay area and Tourmaster has always worked well for me. I have to say I am very impressed with this product. It is designed and manufactured extremely well. All the extras in it are a bonus. I like the many zippered or Velcro pockets and the double lip on the inside of the main zipper should help keep out water, though I haven't tested it's waterproof ability yet. It even came with its own molded hangar to keep the shape of the shoulders while storing. The removable inner liner kept my upper body very comfortable this morning in temps cold enough to accumulate frost on the patio furniture. I didn't realize how cold it was outside until my legs started burning from the cold (Jeans only), so I know the jacket works extremely well in cold temps. I am 5-11 @220lbs and I bought the XL thinking I could wear a sweatshirt underneath. However the forearm area is pretty snug with just a t-shirt on, but as warm as I was there won't be a need for a sweatshirt. The fit is pretty good, a tiny bit big in the upper torso. The only thing bad I could say about this product was that the collar was a bit short for cold weather riding. In the heat, I am sure I will like the low collar. Thank you New Enough, I am very pleased with this Jett Series 2 Jacket. It's been a long time since I have felt I had gotten my moneys worth from buying something, but this was quite the deal!!
