The Scorpion EXO 700 is a great helmet. Very nice design and comfortable. At first, the helmet is a bit tight (size small) but after using it for about a week it started breaking in and now it's perfect for my head. I haven't tried out many other helmets on the streets so I can't compare wind noise but I ride on the freeway all the time with the EXO 700 and the wind noise is bearable. I purchased the Scorpion Aero Skirt and it really helps w/ wind noise and keeps me a bit warmer in the winter (I highly recommend the Aero Skirt if you're getting this helmet). As for NewEnough Service, I received the helment in good packaging and on time. I also emailed CS some questions and received a response back the same day. The price is very competitive or lower then a lot of other sites so I've been buying a lot from NewEnough. So far, I've made 3 purchases; Scorpion EXO 700, Scorpion Jacket, Tang Bag, and now I'm gonna make another purchase for the Scorpion Vision Vest.
