Love the pants - wear them every ride. They work both alone and as overpants for me. The only trick is that with the fastener, once it's at the max tightness, that's it, you can't go tighter, and I can't see myself wearing a belt with these even though there are 4 belt loops. I bought a size too big and returning it was really easy.
