I live in the "Valley of the Sun" Phoenix area where, in the summer, it gets too hot for riding for most people. I ride to work every day and this jacket is worth every penny (and the pennys I saved with free shipping). It keeps me cooler than a t-shirt (I see that quite a bit around here)and offers comfort and protection. I'm thinking of upgrading the armor though. I wish that it came standard with the upgrade. On weekends out on the highway I get a little bit of the material buffeting in the shoulder area. Not enough to be a problem though. A size smaller would be too tight. The included waterproof liner is a bonus. I also love the looks, the leather areas should provide extra protection. I highly recommend this jacket for hot weather commuting or travel.
