I've had the TCX Women's Sunray Gore-Tex Boots for just about a year now and I love them. Very comfortable to walk around in even though they have protective construction and you'd think would be a little stiff. You'd also think they would be super hot during the summer but they're not bad at all. Completely waterproof, I've had them in all day rain many times. The toes are a bit scuffed up at this point but I know they'd be even more so without the shift pads. The sole has good grip, I've never slipped. So no complaints after a year of use and I'm sure I'll get many more years out of them.
