The pants fit true to size, actually have about 0.5-1.0" extra in the waist size but the velcros allow tigther adjustment. Easy to put the pants on despite having some chicken legs lower parts. Fantastic quality, very solid and heavy duty feel. The sliders are very solid ceramic and the velcro is mega tight. Chris at customer service rocks, too.
