I've had a chance to wear my new Teknic Freestyle jacket. The quality of this jacket is INCREDIBLE. I've read a lot of mixed reviews and I think most people were put off by the fact that it is NOT a hot weather jacket. I'll say it again, NOT A HOT WEATHER JACKET! This jacket has a non-removable liner that is both windproof and waterproof and IT WORKS. You can snap the front storm flap out the way and open the HUGE vents on the outside of the jacket. As long as you are moving, it's not bad but this is NO 90 degree weather jacket. I wore it in the rain this morning and the waterproofing works as advertised. I was dry EXCEPT for the opening oof the collar. I'd say that's this jacket's weakest point but I don't think they meant it as rain gear. If you got caught in rain without your gear though, you'd be ok at least. Overall quality is impressive. The fit was about a half size large. I wear a 42 and it's a tiny bit big but not big enough to be a deal breaker. This is a great cool weather jacket! I look forward to Fall!
