I wore a joe rocket phoenix mesh 4.0 jacket for two warm seasons, and it is pretty HEAVY, but fairly sturdy with good protection. This Fieldsheer High Flow 2 is VERY LIGHT weight which makes it awesome for all hot weather rides. (+'s) 1. Nice collar, a bit higher with soft lining. 2. Three position button snaps on forearm and bicep. 3. Velcro tighteners in wrist and waist (a must on any jacket) 4. VERY, VERY light weight! 5. Nice finish- i bought RED- not a bright, ferrari red, but a deeper, richer red. 6. Two left inside pockets 7. Nice reflective piping all over front and back. 8. True to size- i'm 5'9, 34 waist, 44 chest, 200 lbs (lifter) - i bought a LARGE. Perfect fit! 9. Excellent cost benefit value! (-'s) 1. Very light and thin material, so it's probably not very durable (time will tell). 2. Pockets are tiny, with very little space (keep it light). 3. Made in China (like everything else)! 4. No CE armor for spine pad. 5. Zip off liner is a rubbery thing, zip it off. Overall, as you see there are more +'s than -'s, it would be far better to wear this than nothing at all, in fact it feels like wearing nothing at all. Highly recommended!
